Users can download electronic receipts and print physical copies of inventory transactions, making it easier than ever to summarize or examine them whenever they need to. This feature works in tandem with other features in our Warehouse Barcode Inventory System to help you prepare for future audits and improve inventory data visibility, essential things for the success of your business.
Why Do You Need Transaction Receipts?
Quality Check Verification
Producing a transaction receipt when inventory is issued serves as proof that the quality of the items has been verified.

In case of any necessary recalls, transaction receipts allow for great traceability, allowing your business to know instantly which of your customers received faulty items.

Transaction receipts serve as proof to your customers that inventory is in the warehouse, necessary documentation has been received and fulfillment is in progress.
Where to Find the Transaction Receipts Feature
1The feature is located under Transactions in the System Configuration Menu in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

How to Print Receipts for Your Transactions

Your designated system administrator can create or edit the receipt format to better suit your business, usually done via the reports section.
