Warehouse Inventory Management Features
Our Warehouse Management System can help any organization in reducing labor costs, improving inventory accuracy, enhancing flexibility and responsiveness, eliminating errors in picking and shipping goods, and improving customer service. This Barcode-based System caters to multiple features that facilitate and ameliorate processes and operations whether multiple warehouses or a single stockroom.
Modular Warehouse Management
Our system is fully modular, meaning that you only purchase the features and users that you need. This allows you to save money on features that you otherwise would never use. You can also add new users and features, allowing you to expand the system as your organization grows.
Real-Time Stockroom Monitoring
Admin users can keep track of current, on hand, inventory values and evaluate any transactions made throughout the day. This way, you will never over or under stock. Additionally, with our Cloud-Based Solution, this information will even be updated in real time, allowing you to always have visibility over your inventory levels.
Mobile Computing
Users can perform transactions from our Mobile Application. This gives mobility and flexibility to ensure inventory is tracked correctly from any location with internet access. Our mobile application even allows you to enable an Offline Mode, allowing you to track without internet connection and synchronize all your information once you have reconnected.
Warehouse Management Features
Inventory Reporting
Users can access the Warehouse Inventory System’s Reporting Feature to create configurable reports with only the information they need in the format that makes the most sense to them.
Cost Tracking
Track inventory cost as it fluctuates, eliminating the need for manual cost tracking. This allows you to also know the value of the inventory you have on hand and make better business decisions.
Inventory Receive
Users can receive items to a pre-set location for that SKU or users can scan a location during the receive transaction manually. They can then track the quantity, value, and history of all received inventory.
POs and SOs
Receive and issue items with or without the use of Purchase Orders and Sales Orders if order tracking is not needed for the specific items you’re tracking.
Single Warehouse or Multiple Warehouses
Our Warehouse Inventory Management System can be configured to support all sizes of warehouses, storage rooms, supply rooms, stockrooms, and more. You can also track multiple different warehouses with separate tracking information from one system using our Multi-Site System. If one system isn’t enough to track all your inventory, we even offer an Enterprise System that combines multiple different Standalone Systems into one database.
