It enables all staff, their managers and all pre-authorized non-system users to browse and request the available inventory within their own organization. Requestors can simply browse through available inventory and request items. After approval by Managers or Administrators, those items will be released. Securing essentials has never been easier!

Warehouse Inventory System Administrators
The System Administrators can configure all aspects of the Warehouse Inventory Requests Feature. Configurations such as designating authorized requestors, assigning one or multi-level approval processes to approve Sales Order, view all active, inactive and deleted Users, and configure image size and home screen view.
Warehouse Inventory System Users
The Warehouse Inventory System users have access to all warehouse available stock and have the ability to pack and ship the Inventory items requested, after the administrator’s approval.
The Requestors
Both pre-authorized users and non-system users can be granted requestor access, giving them the ability to easily request items directly from the Inventory Requestor Feature. Requestors can conveniently save their inventory lists for future use, flag important items or categories, and enjoy unlimited access to view their order status and past orders. Plus, reordering is simple and efficient.
Warehouse Inventory System View-Only Users
Warehouse Inventory System View Only users are selected users that can only view all available inventory items.
