ASAP Systems and its Inventory System puts Inventory Location Availability at Your Fingertips

Chicago, (08/20/2020)
ASAP Systems, the market leader in Inventory System, introduces The Inventory Vacant Locations, its latest analytical feature.  This new and highly intuitive Inventory feature offers insight into the empty locations of warehouses, stockrooms, and/or storage facilities.

This powerful Inventory System provides a number of benefits that make it an extremely useful inventory tool.

With flexibility to be shown as a report and as a dashboard panel, this inventory feature provides details on how many empty locations are still available for stocking. The Inventory dashboard creates efficiency and reduces the time required to manually search for empty locations.

Regardless of organizational size, the Inventory Vacant Locations feature ensures that all organizations can make the most strategic inventory allocation decisions.

Available on all system levels, Enterprise Level users can identify all empty locations within each of their many Inventory Standalone Systems.  For use with the Multi Site System, users will have the ability to see the vacancy of each site and the available vacant locations across all sites. Finally, at the standalone level, users will have complete visibility of the empty locations at their single site.

Additionally, this Inventory System can identify stocking discrepancies and human error. For example, if the system points out an empty location, that is not actually vacant, there has been a human error made when the inventory was moved. This will bring attention to the need to perform a physical inventory count and adjust the data.

With its intuitiveness to provide details on empty locations, ASAP Systems is proud to introduce its latest addition, the Inventory Vacant Locations.
