ASAP Systems Donates its Inventory System to help Children in Need

ASAP Systems, the market leader in Inventory System has come to the rescue of GROW Central Florida, by ensuring they can effectively track shoe donations for communities and children in need.
With a mission to make a positive difference in children’s lives by increasing opportunities for healthy living, GROW, GrassRoots Outreach Within, is a nonprofit organization that aims to help develop healthy children by supporting grassroots wellness initiatives. Challenged with the ability to handle nearly $90,000 of shoe inventory from gracious donors, ASAP Systems was happy to donate their Inventory System to help ensure this nonprofit could continue their essential work to benefit children in need.
Our user friendly, Inventory System was the perfect solution for the nonprofit. Volunteers of all ages, young and senior, were able to use the system and manage the processes to effectively receive shoe donations, issue shoes to families in need, maintain inventory visibility, and keep accurate inventory details. Colleen Gonzalez, Founder explained, “Our volunteers are in their 70’s and 80’s. Using my notes, all the ladies had no issues using the program.”
Intuitive Inventory features provided by the Inventory System proved to be everything the organization needed and more. “The Inventory System has helped us track what we have available for students in need and also audit who has received what for data reporting purposes.” Gonzalez added, “the Inventory System helps us manage what products have come in, by what donor source, and helps us track what has gone out by noting the school or partner nonprofit.”

Gonzalez concluded, “Your system helps us distribute these new beautiful shoes that are appropriate for school and physical education.
