ASAP Systems, the market leader in Inventory System, introduces the Export to Health Level 7 feature. With this enhancement, our already complete Inventory System helps Healthcare Personnel in converting the XML files, readable by their own Hospital Information System, into (HL7) files readable by Global Healthcare Information Systems.
This addition enhances the productivity of Healthcare workers by providing them with the ability to quickly export history into standard XML files.
Using our System, Healthcare Personnel can export Historical Inventory Data to XML by following these simple steps:
- Search the Historical Data
- Select the desired fields
- Click on the Export to (HL7) button
Note that the Item Name, Code, Description, the Location Code, and Inventory History Type are mandatory fields that will be processed even if not selected.
Once the User initiates the export, the selected Healthcare Inventory Data will be exported as an XML file to a third party API, Mirth Connect, which converts it to (HL7) and sends it back to the User.
