Our Warehouse Inventory System Makes Issuing Inventory Easier than Ever
Our Warehouse Inventory System standardizes and simplifies the process of issuing warehouse inventory to your customers with the Consume Inventory feature. We help you work smarter by making sure all the details you might need are gathered on one platform so your employees can easily complete their tasks. This feature works in tandem with other features in our Warehouse Barcode Inventory System so you will always know the inventory levels in your warehouse. Here’s how it works.
What Consuming Inventory Looks Like in Our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
The process of fulfillment or issuing inventory out to your customers is often a convoluted one, but our WMS makes it simple for you. The Consume Inventory feature provides you with relevant fields such as Customer, Sales Order, Picklist and many more, so when your employees issues items out, it is traceable in our system. According to what you configure, there are many optional fields that can be included so you can see relevant information specific to your warehouse.
How to Issue Inventory in the WMS Inventory Mobile App
Our Mobile App is compatible with both iOS and Android devices, found on both the App Store and Google Play Store. Any field on the Mobile App can be typed or scanned into. We also feature a lookup tool in the form of a magnifying glass in specific fields where users can easily search for items.
How to Configure Issue Settings
1In Issue Settings, your designated administrator can edit the system configuration specific to what your warehouse needs. For example, you can enable the default quantity of items being issued with the Serial with Quantity inventory item type to be the maximum quantity, which is useful if your warehouse fulfills orders in the form of rolls, drums or something similar. If your business operates multiple warehouses, our WMS can also be configured to issue transactions from different default locations.
