Inventory System – Multi Site Feature

Hello and Thank you for your interest in our highly configurable and best in class Inventory System. We are proud to be ranked among the top 10 Innovative Inventory Systems for 2020.

In this video, we will discuss Our Multi-Site Feature designed for Enterprises, Global Organizations, and Large to Medium Entities with multiple locations known as “SITES”.

Sites offer the ability for entities to keep their Data tracking separate and independent within the sites. This eliminates the need to buy separate systems.

The Goal of this Multi-Site Feature is to eliminate the need to purchase multiple Standalone Systems for each site and paying for each one separately, and then later pay to connect the data through APIs.

However, with our Systems you purchase and pay for 1 System and divide it into Multi-Sites, and save significant amounts of Money/Time/Effort/Engineering.

Examples of benefiting organizations may include, an enterprise with many R&D labs,  a Fire Department with multiple firehouses throughout a county, a global corporation with many design centers scattered across the world, a Military Base with many warehouses, or a medium-size company with many stockrooms.  Such organizations often employ hundreds, if not thousands, of people, that all play a crucial role to ensure organizational success: from IT to stockroom managers, to researchers, to designers, to firefighters, to EMS first responders, to stockrooms and warehouse folks and obviously much more.

In order to implement this feature, all Organizations will have to have at least one Global Administrator. This Global Administrator(s) will then divide his/her locations into Sites.

Those sites, with their own independent Data not visible to each other, can be comprised of one location, such a stock room or a warehouse with its own isles and shelves, Buildings, or a cluster of locations such as stockrooms, trucks, storage closets, etc…

Each site will have at least one site Administrator and at least one or a handful of concurrent users.

And finally, everyone else who is not a concurrent user or an administrator will have their own access through an Inventory Shopping Cart.

In summary, here is how an organization would flow.
