ASAP Systems introduces its Multi-Site Shopping Cart Feature for its Inventory System
“Hello and Thank you for your interest in our industry-leading Barcode Inventory System. We are a Full Barcode Tracking Solution provider. In this video, we will introduce our latest addition, the Multi-Site Shopping Cart Feature for Administrative Users”.
This latest enhancement offers Administrative Users, among many configuration options, the ability to allow designated System Users, who use and shop at the same time, access to different Inventory Sites.
This addition provides more control to System Administrators over the viewing options of the same person among different Inventory Sites. Sarah for example, who is a System Administrator, can assign Alan, who is both a System User and a Shopper, System User access to Site 1 and Shopper access to Site 2.
Administrative Users can use the Multi-Site Shopping Cart feature by following these simple five steps:
Step 1: Log into All Sites account and enable “Multi-Site Shopper” feature
Step 2: Select “Users” and choose an individual from the list
Step 3: Enable the “Shopper” option
Step 4: Open the “Stock Shopper” tab
Step 5: Select the Inventory Sites desired for this Shopper to access
Going back to our example, Alan can now view and run reports, view history data, view and search inventory on hand in Site 1, where he is a System User. He can navigate to the stock shop, view Inventory items, place an order, and view Inventory history in Site 2, where he is a Shopper.
