In this video, we will discuss the newest addition to our Scheduled Report Feature.
The Scheduled Report Feature for Asset Tracking and Inventory System is available for two types of reports.
– The System Report is built-in to the System. The client can choose amongst several reports like Stock Inventory with Drill-down, Stock Inventory by Location, Available Asset by Category, or Select a Person.
– The Custom Report enables the ability for users to create reports from scratch, modify and save.
Users of our Systems can set date-time triggers within the System to auto-run any report a user chooses.
The reporting feature enables users to schedule the reports and be automatically emailed on a regular basis. Scheduled Report Feature permits hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly reports to be generated, including the time of day.
In addition to the PDF format, a new addition for the Scheduled Report Feature was released. Users can get scheduled reports in Excel, CSV, and as a Word document.
