A New Look & Feel for ASAP Systems’ Cloud-Based Inventory System and Asset Tracking Solutions

ASAP Systems, the market leader in Inventory System and Asset Tracking Solutions, has revamped the user interface for its Cloud-Based Tracking Solutions.

In an effort to offer customers a user experience that meets all requirements and best practices, ASAP Systems is proud of the latest enhancement to the interface for its Cloud-Based Inventory System and Asset Tracking Solutions.

The renovated user interface is now compatible with any device, regardless of screen size. In addition, users are in control of their interface and can configure their own dashboards according to their job functions. Font size, panel displays, and any information users deem most important, can be personalized for each user.

Making navigation easier, a new “ My Favorites” dropdown will display everything the user made a favorite and categorize it into one of 3 groupings, Files, Transactions, and Reports.  This favorite button acts as a shortcut and provides users a direct path to their routined actions.

Ensuring users stay informed, an “Alerts” button has been added and divided into two columns. One column offering general news and updates, and a second column for specific information related to its system.

While Visual enhancements have been made to ensure easy navigation, users will still have the ability to switch to the old interface and new users will get the new interface automatically.

At ASAP Systems, we pride ourselves on continual enhancements to equip our customers with the latest innovations and technologies, while maintaining flexibility and ease-of-use.
